Check your email for a "Registration Approval" notification. This message contains your Unique Trainee ID, which is required for your initial sign-in and document uploads. This ID is essential for tracking your progress through the PEQ Passport modules and will serve as the basis for your official Training ID card. Please keep this number accessible throughout the onboarding process.

Upon logging into the PEQ Passport, access your Personalized Training Checklist. This interactive tool tracks your progress, highlights pending requirements, and provides a clear timeline for your orientation milestones at the Riyadh Second Health Cluster.

Please download, fill, sign, and upload the following essential onboarding documents to your portal profile: Confidentiality Agreement, Declaration Form, Medical Fit Test Documentation

Before proceeding, you are required to review the Confidentiality & Supervision Clearance Acknowledgment. This document outlines the mandatory protocols regarding patient data privacy and the standards of supervision required during your training. Please read this carefully, as your digital signature confirms your commitment to these professional standards.

Complete your foundational learning through our integrated modules: Infection Control, Patient & Workplace Safety, Professional Soft Skills

After completing the modules, take the mandatory knowledge assessment. A passing grade of 70% is required to proceed. If you do not meet the passing threshold, you may retake the assessment as many times as necessary until you successfully demonstrate proficiency.

Once all modules are passed and documentation is verified, the PEQ Passport will generate your Onboarding Certificate. Following the issuance of your certificate, your official Training ID and Joining Letter will be dispatched to your registered email address.
